Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your order – but if not, here’s how to return it.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know you’d like to return an item. Once confirmed, you’ll have a further 14 days to send it back. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Costs

We offer a simple tracked returns process in the UK:

Return fee: £3.45 (deducted from your refund).

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

  • Please fill out our Return Request Form. You’ll need your order number and email address.
  • Once submitted, we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (UK only).
  • Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest return point.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Want a Different Item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch before submitting a return. We’ll sort it quickly.

Returns Terms

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or have had tags removed
  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable
  • Discounted items (promo codes applied) can still be returned within 14 days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.
